The purpose of Human Factors to understand human limitations and capabilities and about understanding human behaviour and performance. CAR 145 is the DGCA requirements & standard for the approval of organisations that perform maintenance on aircraft and aircraft components.

The basic training covers requirements for the issue of a Part 66 aircraft maintenance licence. The aircraft type rating training deals with the requirements for the endorsement of type ratings to the CAR 66 aircraft maintenance licence.

CAR-147 (Basic) specifies the requirements to be met by organizations seeking approval to conduct aircraft maintenance training and examination as specified in CAR 66. The CAR 147 (Basic) specifies conditions for issue, renewal, suspension and revocation of certificates attached to the approval and privileges thereof.

CAR M Continuing Airworthiness means all of the processes ensuring that, at any time in its operating life, the aircraft complies with airworthiness requirements in force and is in a condition for safe operation.

The Crew Resource Management course, initial and recurrent, is a mandatory requirement for all pilots and cabin crew. The course aims to enhance the communication and management skills of the crew members concerned, by the effective utilization of all available resources to achieve a safe and efficient operation. Aviation First Aid for initial and recurrent training for aircrew. This course aims to provide with the necessary knowledge and skills in order to be able to manage onboard medical emergencies in an efficient manner. It provides the attendants with tools to enable them to understand the challenges of flying on the human body and the necessary countermeasures.

The course aim is to provide theoretical knowledge and practical experience in firefighting operation, maintenance of fire appliances and rescue equipment to meet the demanding challenges of aircraft rescue and firefighting, structural and industrial operations. The course is demand to meet ICAO’S competency requirement in aircraft rescue firefighting.

This training covers all basic concepts of how safely one can carry hazardous materials via airplane while following all mandatory IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. The compliance requirements for shipping dangerous goods and cargo by aircraft are very complex and changing day by day. An expert with the knowledge of such dangerous goods and cargo is employed by the airline to ensure safety in air and on ground.

A Safety Management System (SMS) within any aviation organisation provides a systematic approach to managing safety. For an SMS to be effective, there must be the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, responsibilities, policies, and procedures. An effective SMS should enable an organisation to identify hazards, assess risks and can be the mechanism to continuously improve safety performance. This course provides an introduction to SMS, based on ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices.

The main objective of an awareness training is giving an introduction to the (ISO) International Organization for Standardization, its infrastructure, memberships, the standard’s development process and procedures.
